Weareccellsupplies accept no responsibility for any delays caused by any 3rd party courier companies we use nor will we refund any shipping charges caused by delays to any deliveries. There is no courier company that can guarantee delivery every time!!

If you decide to change the delivery address from the original address on the order you placed online, once a package has been dispatched this will cause additional delays getting the package to you, if you ask for the package to be dropped of at a certain location or collection point online with UPS/FedEx expect delays as the information you provide will need to be processed though the system and this could take upto 2/4 additional days, we can’t be held responsible for UPS/FedEx delays.

International orders it’s the customers responsibility to pay import fees.

Any international orders under 150 Euros won’t be shipped out, UPS/FedEx won’t accept these from us, we will contact you on our business WhatsApp number to discuss your order if we are unable to contact you we will hold your order until you contact us, or just automatically refund your order, sorry for any inconvenience caused but these terms aren’t ours they are UPS/fedEx If payment is made by credit card you will receive full refund minus any banking fees from Euros to GBP (these are from your card provider) if payment has been made by bank transfer you will receive refund minus banking fees same as if you made payment with cryptocurrency. We only accept payments in GBP as we’re based in the UK.

International & European union customers if a package is returned to us due to customs fees haven’t been paid by yourself shipping cost will be deducted from any refund and any additional fees we incur to receive the package back you will be charged, this also applies to orders that have been rejected/refused by customs in the destination country as we are charged for packages to be returned to us. And if you decide to cancel your order once the package is in the destination country, plus 20% restocking/handing fee will apply. Its the customers responsibility to keep tracking of the order and inform us if a package is listed as returns to sender once you have informed us we will look into this issue why.

If you refuse to pay the import fees and taxes and the courier company ask us to accept the package back you will be charged the shipping cost for returning the package plus 20% handling fee will apply.

International customers will be charged import fees/taxes and brokerage fees on all orders, these fees vary to each EU country, we can’t give you the costing as these are charged by order value.

Dispatch Times

We aim to ship orders received before 15.00pm Monday – Friday the same day. Orders are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch depending on the service you have selected at the checkout. We cannot always guarantee same day dispatch. You will receive tracking number via email.

How late will UPS/FedEx deliver? UPS/FedEx Standard parcels are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between 08.00a.m. and 19.00p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours.

UPS/FedEx Standard service for UK is 1/2 day’s (excluding Saturday & Sundays)

Orders received Saturday & Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Tracking will be forwarded to you from any time between 10.30am to 18.00pm, the order will be shipped by the warehouse team you will receive the tracking number via a link to the email address you have supplied.

Same day dispatch is not always guaranteed. Nor is delivery / next day on any service you have selected at check out, as any delays or issues with the courier companies aren’t our responsibility.

Shipping cost depend on the service you select and the products ordered at the checkout you have various shipping options to select from.

If you do not received tracking within 2 days please contact us asap, also if the tracking details supplied do not update on the courier website, so we can look into the issues why.

Free Shipping terms UK only 1/2 day service

Orders will be shipped by UPS/FedEx
To qualify for this service orders need to be in by before 3pm Monday to Friday
Orders placed Thursday evenings will be shipped friday, this will not be next day service as courier’s  charge extra for weekend deliveries unless you have paid for the service. Order value subtotal over £80 (not including shipping and VAT) free shipping orders are not guaranteed next day service, orders placed on Friday’s won’t be delivered until Monday unless you paid to have the order delivered for saturday.
For Saturday and Sunday deliveries you need to upgrade and pay for the shipping cost online if available
We don’t ship orders on Saturday’s and Sunday’s

Free shipping for UK postcodes only.
We will also use Royalmail when certain issues arise with the above couriers in emergency if possible

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

All orders require a signature on delivery.
If you require a order to be dropped off or placed in a certain location you need to arrange this with the courier yourself with their online portal once you receive tracking information.

Cash on Collection

This service is only for customer’s who collect orders from our warehouse. Please check FAQ section for advice and information. Collection times Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00pm and Saturdays 13.00pm.

If a package is lost in transit or delivered by UPS/FedEx and customer claims not to receive the package we will open an investigation into this matter, UPS/FedEx investigation team will be in touch you directly to solve this matter once we forward the information.
