Do I have to use a CCELL® battery with a CCELL® cartridge?
Although it is recommended to use CCELL® we personally do recommended for better overall experience use cartridge and pods with CCELL® batteries for the best results but it is not required.
What's the warranty?
1. We will provide repair or replacement under warranty according to the following terms and conditions: 1. Warranty provides repair or replacement free of charge for defective and damaged products (Batteries) within 60 days from the date of purchase proof of purchase will be required.
2. The Warranty does not cover personal items or consumable attachments, including but not limited to; metal adaptors and USB cable.
3. The Warranty does not cover any non-CCELL® brand products even in the case of their direct involvement. I.E. if you are not using a CCELL® cartridge with a CCELL® battery we cannot guarantee the warranty.
4. We will not cover any products warranty if you incorrectly fill the products with the incorrect oils or damage the products by capping cartridges or disposables incorrectly, or use incorrect tools to cap the mouthpieces.
5. Any batteries that are faulty due to the battery maintenance instructions not followed correctly due to oil leaking into them, won't be covered under warranty as this is user error and not mechanical error.
How do I know what inlet hole size to use for my oil?
We always recommend testing your oil with the standard 2.0 aperture hole cartridges first. However, if your oil is more viscous, we recommend testing the other aperture holes as well that we have . We find that thinner oil works better with smaller aperture holes from overall feedback from clients.
THC/CBD distillate we recommend inlet hole size 1.0mm to 2mm depending on the viscosity of your oil, CCell cartridges are designed for thicker oil, using larger inlet holes for THC/CBD the cartridges will burn more oil quickly, overall your wasting the oil then.
Extracts/Sauce/Resin/Rosin/type of products for cartridges we recommend 2.0mm inlet holes or 2.5mm as extracts are more viscous depending on the mix ratio used.

Yes, we can help with all your packaging and accessories. Please contact us for more details and pricing, please include your requirements. What type of packaging is required, if possible forward pictures, any art work this must be in vector format.

Can you send me lead/metal testing results?

Do we have to approve a physical sample before our order goes into production?
We cannot start production of orders until a physical sample has been approved by the customer unless it is a reorder. All customised orders will require a physical sample made first, the cost for sample depends on how complex the design is and what's involved, once we have all the information we can forward you costing, Art work needs to be in vector format, Production only starts once approved and contracts signed and payment made.
Are your cartridges compatible with live rosin?
Yes. We have had customers move to rosin cartridge and have found that the 2.0mm or 2.5mm aperture hole in the cartridges works best for this product, depending on the ratio mix used.
CCELL have now launched the all new EVOMAX cartridges these are designed for all types of oils.
What is the difference between performance in the poly vs glass cartridge?
The main difference is that Polycarbonate cartridge require a Arbor Press to cap and seal whereas the Glass cartridge are just screw on to seal. In addition, the polycarbonate cartridges have (2) collars on them vs. Glass just have a collar on the bottom of the cartridge.
What is the most popular mouthpiece style?
Really depending on the branding and style but the most popular mouthpiece for the glass cartridges is the ceramic black or white duckbill. The most popular mouthpiece for the polycarbonate cartridges is the clear barrel or clear duckbill.
What is your hardware failure rate?
All CCELL® products have a failure rate of 1% or less.
What are your turn around times for customisation
Our turn around times for customisation depends on the scope of the customisation required and complex of design all this is through our manufacturer partner, we only start production once contracts have been signed. Estimated times are 4 to 6 weeks, minimum order quantities are required for customisation products (1000 per unit), Art work samples need to be in vector format, cost for samples before production starts vary, once the samples have been approved and paid for only then production will start. Delivery / Shipping Schedule
Delivery times and options can be found on the main page under Delivery / Shipping Schedule. Tracking will be forwarded to you from 11.30am to 6.30pm, the order will be shipped by the warehouse team and the sales assistant dealing with your order will forward you the tracking number via a link, or the shipping team.
Shipping orders over 200 units the packaging will be flat packed this applies to our disposable range of products.

We offer cash on collection service by appointments only, we offer WEEKEND collection service as well this has to be agreed with us first, once your order has been placed online we will email or whatsapp you confirmation regarding your order. Collections for orders are from 9.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday. Weekends Saturdays only by 1pm. Any collections after 1pm will need to be by appointment, when ordering online put in the note section the time you want to collect so someone will be available to meet you.
Place the order online, fill in the details who will be collecting the order once the order is placed you will receive an order number, this number will be required when collecting your order, when you come to our offices just ask the receptionist for your order, quoting the order number.
When you fill in the details online as in, Name and address the system will give you the options to select cash on collection, you select both sections shipping (cash on collection) payment (cash on collection)
1. For every £100 we will charge you additional fee of £1.00 these are for banking fees.
2. If the order is not collected within 2 working day, we will automatically cancel the order for stock allocation purposes.
