Return Policy

Return Policy

PRODUCT THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Before placing an order through our online store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. We ONLY recommend using CCELL cartridges with CCELL batteries. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition.

    If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us.

  • Product received which does not match the original invoice.
  • Unused product in its original packaging. Subject to handling charges and Weareccellsupplies terms and conditions.
  • Defective or damaged in-transit product, which must be accompanied by photographic evidence.
    Photographs of damaged product as well as shipping box required. Must be received to us within 72 hours of package been delivered and emailed.
  • If you have placed an order online and want to cancel the order we must receive email confirmation you want to cancel the order after it’s been placed within 2 hours otherwise the order will be shipped, you can return the package for a refund after you have received the package. We will charge you as below handling/restocking fees.

  • Incomplete, partial, or used product.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSED RETURN

Return requests must be received by email to info@weareccellsupplies.

Our policy is 30 days after 30 days have passed we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning item’s. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. We charge restocking/handing fee of £12 to £20.00 per package returned or single item for UK customers.

Cartridges / Must be unopened and free from dust or any sort of contamination.

International customers shipping cost are none refundable, After 14 days have passed we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. International & European union customers if a package is returned to us due to customs fees haven’t been paid by yourself shipping cost will be deducted from any refund and any additional fee we incur to receive the package back you will be charged, plus £20.00 restocking/handing fee will apply. Shipping products back you to us is the customers responsibility.

AUTHORISATION NUMBER AND FORM REQUIRED

Before the proposed return product can be shipped, the Goods Material Authorisation (GMA) Form must be completed by the customer. Weareccellsupplies employee taking the return request will assist the customer with completing the form supplied by us on request. If you are returning products to us we highly recommend you ship the package signed for delivery/tracked as we don’t guarantee the package will reach us, The goods should be returned to us within 7 days from you receiving our email. If you have used the products filled with oil these can’t be returned to us. The cost of returning used products are at the customers expense.

PAYMENT TERMS

We only accept payments online via Credit card / bank transfer or crypto currency, we are based in the United Kingdom (UK), we accept Euros and GBP for bank transfers. Any orders placed for payment via bank transfer, if payment is not received within 3 day’s from ordering date we will automatically cancel the order for stock allocation requirements.

Weareccellsupplies assumes NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event any return package is lost, stolen or misplaced; nor does Weareccellsupplies. assume any responsibility for damage to the return shipped product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer. In the event when a package has been shipped to a customer and the customer refused to sign for it or the package is returned to us the customer will be liable for the shipping cost this will be deducted from the refund once the refund has been approved.

Warranty

CCELL batteries come with 90 days warranty and must be returned in original box and with all accessories, expect disposable batteries. Normal degradation of the battery and general wear and tear is not covered. If anything should happen to your CCELL battery within the 90 days of ownership we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team. The customer is liable for the return postage’s cost, items should be posted tracked or signed for only.

EU Customers – Customs and Import fees for International Customers

International customers may be charged import duties, taxes and administration fees by the shipping agent and/or customs service in their own country. These fees are charged independently from weareccellsupplies, and are not included in our shipping and handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer, (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be) and you will be contacted directly by customs or local shipping agent to arrange payment before delivery of your order. Once a package is in customs clearness section we have no control over it or how long it will take to be released. If you refuse delivery, import fees will be deducted from any refund processed when the item is returned to weareccellsupplies. Any packages returned to us due to customs fees not paid will be refunded minus shipping cost and any customs fees we are charged by the couriers.

On occasion, your local customs authorities or courier agents may charge the receiver duties, taxes or other fees, and may request that you complete a form or provide further documentation in order to complete delivery. If this payment or information is not provided by the stated deadline, your items may be returned or destroyed. This process is outside of our control and weareccellsupplies is unable to offer a refund or replacement for items that are destroyed. If you are unsure about any such communication from delivery couriers or customs agents, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer support. We are committed to helping you receive your order as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Some products may not be permitted to be imported into your country, certain vaping hardware is banned is some countries. Weareccellsupplies is not responsible for any items that are seized by your country’s customs, so please ensure that these items are permitted by your country/customs before ordering.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modifications price changes, suspension or discountenance of the service.

INSPECTION

Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by Weareccellsupplies as to whether the product is returnable, damaged or defective, and in full compliance with these terms and conditions.

DENIAL OF RETURN

Should Weareccellsupplies. not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s). In that event, Weareccellsupplies. will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request Weareccellsupplies. to dispose of the product.

Our International return / exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion.

RE-STOCKING FEE

If product received by the customer that was invoiced correctly and the reason for the return was of no fault of Weareccellsupplies or shipment company, the accepted returns are subject to a £12 to £20.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund. The customer is liable for the return shipping cost, shipping cost are none refundable for International customers.

If the return refund request is approved, the return will be processed within 7 days via:

  • Resulting credits applied to any open balance, or
  • Credit memo applied to customer account.
